The Ride 2007 was a fantastic journey with some friends from the BIG FIX 2006, Utah State University and some new ones made along the way. The ride started on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and continued ~350miles along the coast of California to Santa Barbra.
Unfortunately, I missed out on the last 30 miles of day three. I would like to blame my exodus from the bike and into the car on pains but I had given it my all. With that said – The Ride 2007 was an amazing trip down the coast of California. I intend to do it again as part of “The Ride” and maybe split up into smaller 60 mile stages with ‘ecologically oriented friends’ that will have to stop and look at things for hours at a time.
In the mean time I’m back in Logan, UT and trying to stay in shape for my next ride. Spring time is almost here and I can’t wait to put the rollers away!
I have put all my pictures from the Ride 2007 in to a Picasa Web Album [by Google]. Click on the photo below to view: Individual pictures, web slide shows, leave comments on pictures, or download pictures.
